Electronic VMI brings the same state-of-the-art bar-coding technology we use in our own warehouses. On a periodic basis, our inventory specialist monitors the quantity and creates orders via a bar code reader. By implementing this technology we are able to accomplish reducing paperwork, provide competitive and consistent pricing as well as reliable quality, thus, lowering the total cost of doing business.

Integrated VMI offers the same customized state-of-the-art technology, but includes partnering with specific strategic vendors. This provides complete product offering with specific vendor expertise.

• Bins are bar-code labeled with the customer and First Supply's part numbers.
• Minimum and maximum quantities are established.
• Performance and inventory levels are reviewed quarterly. Changes are made as indicated by the customer's needs.
